S.N. Cycle Corporation sells wholesale only. Proper identification of retail store establishment is required. California State Customers must have valid seller’s permit from the State Board of Equalization. Minimum order is $100, if less the account is automatically charged an extra $10. All prices and descriptions contained in this website are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
Terms and Conditions:
All orders under $1,000 must be paid by PayPal. Orders over $1,000 require a money transfer to SN Cycle bank account.
Will-Call Orders:
For pick-up orders, we ask customers to allow us one hour in advance notice to assure that their order will be ready.
Price and Shipment:
All prices are F.O.B. Paramount, California warehouse. Orders are filled at the prices in effect at the time of shipment. If prices are reduced due to “Specials” you will receive the lower price automatically. Special sheets and flyers will guarantee you discount prices during a prearranged period of time.
Backorders:
All backorders will not be shipped without dealer authorization.
Damaged Goods:
Products damaged in transit or not received must be reported to our office within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Save all freight bills, packing lists, shipping cartons, or packing materials until you have contacted us. When we are notified, you will be given instructions on how to proceed with your claim. We will do everything possible to speed the process to get you a replacement or proper credit.
Shortages:
All credits and claims for shortages must be reported to the office within 24 hours. Before calling, make sure you check and inspect ALL cartons and packaging and give us the total number of cartons you received.
